You Want Towing Ability? Get the Ford F-150 Raptor

Two of the principal reasons people choose to purchase a pickup truck is to tow and to carry loads. The Ford F-150 Raptor combines power and suspension capabilities with a versatile Towing Package that allows the Raptor to carry a load of 1,200 lbs. and tow a maximum of 12,000 pounds. The standard Raptor package includes technology that is optional for other trims. The axle ratio comes in at an enormous 4.10. When compared to the 2.7 ratios in most pickup trucks, the axle ratio makes it difficult for lesser trucks to match.
